I love quality time with my husband. I do not give up my time with him easily, and I cherish every second we have together.

I love our son with all my heart, and I cannot wait to meet him when we travel across the world to meet him.

I am a user of :) and !!!, because sometimes just one exclamation is just not enough, and I feel like more people need to see a smile :).

I strive to be an encourager, supporter, and believer of other peoples dreams.

I am quick to worry, and wear my heart on my sleeve.

I am convinced that kindness is one of the most important qualities out there.

I have confidence that there are far better things that lie ahead than what we leave behind.

Welcome Spring {Personal} | Lebanon & Nashville, TN Photographer

I am still here I promise! Since I still have my full time job of teaching my special kids, and I have been shooting like crazy, blogging has taken the obvious back burner as of lately! But trust me, I have so many that I want and will share with you soon. From newborns to engagements, it has been very busy around here! Plus, my 2012 wedding season is about to kick off in just 2 weeks.

How amazing has this weather been lately?! Besides some crazy storms (that hit my car full force with hail damage), it has been life a breathe of fresh air for me. I got outside this week, and played around with my macro lens and captured a little bit of spring

So now that I have SPRING FEVER (I mean, I can’t stop shopping for new spring clothes), I am kicking this spring season off by going on some pretty fabulous trips! First, my friend Chesley and I are headed to Newport Beach, CA Wednesday to go to a jammed pack, 2 day workshop with Kamee June & Julie Rollins. You might remember that Kamee came to Nashville last September (see here and here), and I learned so much from her. She just glows with passion about her craft, and is such an inspiration to me. Julie is an oh so talented photographer too, and I can’t wait to meet and learn from her as well. After this wonderful time in CA, I am flying to Florida for a much need VACATION with my husband and two of our friends. A relaxing week of the beach is just what I need to feel refreshed and ready for the next couple of months ahead of me.

So with all of that, I will be out of pocket the next couple of weeks with limited access to my e-mail, but will get back with you as soon as I can! Happy Spring!!!
