I am a wife, a mama, a sister, a daughter, an aunt.

I believe in the best of people, and love that I get to bring out that beauty through photography.

I love quality time with my husband. I do not give up my time with him easily, and I cherish every second we have together.

I love our son with all my heart, and I cannot wait to meet him when we travel across the world to meet him.

I am a user of :) and !!!, because sometimes just one exclamation is just not enough, and I feel like more people need to see a smile :).

I strive to be an encourager, supporter, and believer of other peoples dreams.

I am quick to worry, and wear my heart on my sleeve.

I am convinced that kindness is one of the most important qualities out there.

I have confidence that there are far better things that lie ahead than what we leave behind.

Happy April everyone!! March completely flew by, and it is hard to believe three months have already passed in 2013. I am ready for spring color and warmth, and with that, a renewed attitude. Something about seeing winter transform into spring is so miraculous. Just when you think spring will never come, you notice plants budding, bright green grass growing, and flowers blooming! And it is just here! Now is when I start looking at all the trees just waiting for that spring green to shine. It is so refreshing to my soul for spring to come. And it is here!

Last month I had such a fun session! I got to photograph Emily as she is about to graduate from college this semester. Her mom wanted have a session that documented this fun chapter in her life. She is student teaching right now, and just know she will be such an amazing teacher to those kiddos! Take a look at my favorites from Emily’s session!
