I am SOOOO behind on blogging! And I have so many amazing sessions and weddings that I want to show you! Meredith’s bridal session is no different! I couldn’t wait to see her in her dress. She was stunning! We had the perfect night, perfect location, and the perfect subject! She got married in September, and her wedding will be on the blog either the end of this week or the first of next! Take a look at this beautiful bride!
A couple of weeks ago, I got the amazing chance to meet a new family in Franklin! One of my favorite things about this amazing job that I have is meeting incredible families, that otherwise, I might never get to meet! With this beautiful family, we met out at their new home in Franklin! Their backyard was literally picture perfect, and I love shooting out there with this sweet family! I had a hard time narrowing it down to my favorites, because I just loved every single picture! Take a look at this great Wilson Family!

What an amazing fall this has been!!! And it is not over yet! 15 more amazing sessions this fall, and we will call this busy, wonderful season a wrap! I have been so blessed by so many happy, lovely brides this fall! I have been over the moon with joy to photograph each and every one this fall. So much love and emotion captured, that I can hardly contain my excitement that each of these wonderful couples trusted ME to preserve this day forever. Man, sometimes I have to just let that sink in for a bit. At the end of the day, after the dress is worn, the cake is eaten, the flowers gone, your pictures are all you have left. It blows me away just thinking about that.
Lauren and David’s wedding day was beyond perfect! The weather was clear, the site was breathtaking, and I loved watching these two families join in such a wonderful celebration at this wedding! Lauren and David got married at their family’s land. This location was a photographer’s dream. Weeping Willows at every corner, a pond, winding pathways, benches and bridges. Every where you turned, there was opportunity for amazing pictures! So I shot in every place I could, and we had so much time to get amazing shots! This couple decided to do a first look, and this allowed us to relax, and enjoy the day photographing every aspect of the day with no rush, beautiful light, and no stress! I had an amazing Assistant and Photographer helping me out this day. Molly did such an amazing job, and I loved so many pictures that she got throughout the day. Go take a look at her work here!
I love this wedding for so many reasons, but most of all, because all of the love. It was just oozing out of each and every person on this day. I just loved it! Take a look at my many, many, favorites!!

Earlier this month I have an amazing honor to meet newborn Reese! And I instantly fell in love with this sweet newborn girl! Baby girl was just precious, and I loved getting to see her parents again! We had a maternity session with Karen several months ago that I haven’t shared yet, but I couldn’t wait to show off this precious girl for the world to see (or maybe not the world… but I do have some people in Canada, Europe, New Zealand and Australia looking at my blog! WooHoo!)
Reese was just a perfect little newborn! We got her nice and worn out by taking pictures with Karen and Matt first, then this sweet newborn got all tuckered out to let me do my thing! She was just perfect for our session. Take a look at my favorites of this family and newborn session! I just love them!

LOVE these!!!
I love all of my clients! I really do! But every now and then (and this is happening more and more!) I will meet a client that I just cannot stop thinking about their family and their story! When Summer emailed me about booking a session, I could not stop smiling! I briefly met them at a mutual friend’s little girl’s birthday party. I got to talk to her just for a second, but I could not get over their beautiful daughter, Violet! From that moment I thought, I want to photograph that family! So when Summer emailed me, I just couldn’t stop smiling! She was so excited and just from speaking to her, I knew these pictures were important to them! Summer and Stuart had recently expanded their family from two to three with the adoption of their daughter from Ethiopia, Africa. They had not had pictures made as a family since they arrived home from the airport with her.
Once we arrived at our session, I knew it was going to be even better than I expected! The moment I saw Violet again and we started exploring, she gave me the biggest smiles, and.they.did.not.stop!!! I could have stayed with them for hours photographing all the love, moments of pure joy, and happiness. When I see this, I just melt. I want those moments for each and every person, family, couple, because that is what I would want for our one day family! Just melt my heart right now! I hope that you can FEEL the love that this family has for one another through these pictures.
