Last spring, I got to see Hollie and Adam again! You may remember them from this session we did last fall on their boat. From that session, I learned they were expecting twins, and I was so happy they asked me to document their pregnancy. We were a little worried about the weather, but thankfully the rain passed right on through so we would have that yummy light, that I SO love. Take a look at some of my favorites from their session!
I just love this family!! I am so thankful that I have friends that trust me to document each special moment to their babies first year. I have loved watching Ella grown, change, and learn. It just blows me away at how big she has gotten! She has the brightest eyes and the most beautiful hair. There are so many reasons that I love this session, but what I love most is how many favorites I have of this family just interacting with each other. We got true emotion and love going on right now, and I LOVE that I was able to freeze it is time for them to remember if forever. It truly blows my mind what I get to do each day. Wedding days are amazing. Over the last couple of years, I have fallen more and more in love with capturing wedding days. I love the emotions, the happiness, the plans, the flowers, the dresses, and the moments that only a wedding day can offer. I have been looking forward to this wedding in particular, though. Some couple just have this spark, this love, that I find so inspiring and fulfilling, and Megan and Peter are one of those couples! From the first shot taken during our engagement session to their First Look on their wedding day, I was blown away at the love that I saw from the two of them. Megan just comes alive when she is with Peter. I mean, I could literally see her face light up every moment that she looks at him. This is just one of the many reasons that I love this profession. We get to be apart of capturing these moments in time.
Another thing that I loved about Megan and Peter’s Lebanon wedding was the community and church support. Growing up and living in Lebanon as well, makes me so appreciate the love and support that we can have in this smaller community! Their wedding day helped remind me how much I love my town. This group has such a blast at the reception! The dance floor was full the entire night, complete with a Flash Mob! Everything about this day was full of love and fun!

Senior pictures are fun! I love hanging out and learning about these kids. Their goals, dreams, and future plans! So much excitement and anticipation. I can remember it like yesterday even though it was over 10 years ago now! Every time I get a Senior inquiry I secretly chant, “S-E-N-I-O-R-S, Seniors are the very best!” I know, I am beyond a nerd, but High School was fun, but what was I discovered after has been even better. Love getting to capture them during this time of transition and suspense to learn what the next big thing. Makes me smile!

I know I have said this before, but I wish ALL of my brides did bridal sessions. When I got married 4 years ago, my bridal session was one of my favorite moments. Never had I felt more beautiful. I got to go through a full trail of my wedding day, hair, makeup, dress, shoes, jewelry! Whitney, from Dove Wedding Photography, made it so fun and special for me! I was so glad that we added it to my wedding day package.
So when we got ready for Megan’s bridal, I couldn’t help but keep an amazing smile on face during the entire session! I am slightly partial to my June brides, since I was a June bride too. I just love Megan! Throughout all of our time together she was at such ease with all things wedding. Their wedding day was no different! That will be on the blog soon!
